2. Estimation, Pricing & Currency Disclaimer

Important Cost Estimation & Currency Notice

Calculations provided by TokenMath.net are mathematical estimates intended for infrastructure planning, architectural modeling, and budgeting. AI providers officially invoice in United States Dollars (USD), and non-USD estimates (EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY) are converted via daily synchronized mid-market exchange rates from public forex feeds. Currency figures are indicative and do not constitute foreign exchange, banking, accounting, or tax advice. Actual billing may vary based on provider tiered volume schedules, long-context thresholds, diurnal peak/off-peak timing, prompt caching hit ratios, and bank foreign transaction fees. Always verify final invoicing directly with your provider's billing console.

Together AI is a trademark of Together Computer, Inc. TokenMath.net is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations.

4. Permitted Use, Embeddable Widgets, CLI & API Feeds

TokenMath grants developers, technical authors, and enterprises broad, royalty-free permissions to leverage our utilities:

Web Embeds: You are explicitly authorized to embed TokenMath calculator widgets (/embed/calculator) and display Markdown badges on third-party websites, documentation, and GitHub repositories, provided backlink attributions remain intact.
Terminal CLI Companion: You may run the npx @tokenmath/tokenmath CLI companion across local development machines and automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for token counting and budget gating.
RSS & JSON Feeds: You may subscribe to /feed.xml and /pricing-feed.json for personal readers, internal dashboards, and Slack/Discord webhooks with reasonable polling frequencies (no faster than 15-minute intervals).
Prohibited Uses: Malicious denial-of-service attempts, scraping designed to bypass operational rate limits, or embedding widgets within phishing/malware domains is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TokenMath.net and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any reliance on calculations, cost estimates, or tokenizer outputs provided on this website.
